Day 1 – arrival in Italy and visit MILANO. Hotel* * * 2 nights area Parma in half board
Day 2 – visit PARMA . In the city of Parma we pass by shop windows with enormous hams hanging on the ceiling : meet the famous prosciutto di Parma, and of course taste.
Day 3 –MODENA with visit of a traditional family company producing the black gold of Modena : balsamic vinegar. Guided visit of the production area with explanation about the making and using in the Italian kitchen of the ‘aceto balsamico’
After this stop we head for Maranello for a visit to the Ferrari Museum. Already before arriving we can spot various models of Ferrari and at spot you can make a test drive with one of them ( on payment ) . Citations of Enzo Ferrari are written on the walls : marvelous thoughts expressing from where the success of Ferrari comes from.

Day 4 – visit BOLOGNA well known as ‘’La Grassa’’ because of its rich kitchen and for its salsa bolognese . We will also visit FICO the permanent exposition of the Italian kitchen where you will find all gastronomic specialities of all the regions of Italy.
Day 5 – visit DOZZA such a very special place : this pittoresk village of wine is covered with wall paintings that are changed regularly by the local artists . Every house has one. In the castle you will find the regional winery with a fine range of wines of the whole region of Emilia Romagna
